Our first FRAT App was released over 10 years ago. This is our 3rd version. The goal when making this one was to cover more than just a FRAT. We added many different question types and allow you to customize forms for your program.

The App has two types of forms. Point based i.e FRAT (Flight Risk Assessment Tool) and non point I.e ASAP (Aviation Safety Action Program)

Groups
When creating forms, you assign it to a specific group. Users can be in multiple groups and will only see forms assigned to their groups. As an example you could have separate FRATs for Turbojet and Helicopters.
Bulletins & Messages
The app has the ability to create messages to send out to specific groups or everyone. You can attach PDFs to these messages. Urgent messages require the user to sign the read receipt before using the app to submit forms.
You can create reports to see who and when they signed they reviewed the message.
Quizzes
Create and assign quizzes to specific users or entire groups. Reports can be made to see who has completed the quiz, their score and you can mark their quiz as corrected to 100% after reviewing their answers with them.
Limits
The App only has a single limit, the number of users. Demo accounts start off with 10 users. Paid subscriptions include 100 total users.

You can add as many airplanes and forms as you would like.
Reports
Company statistics tell you how many forms (Each form and revision listed) are submitted each month and by which users.
Risk reports are available for risk based forms i.e FRAT.
Reports provide you with information such as how many times each question was answered a specific way, provide trends on usage and scores over time. Breakdowns on users, aircraft, and aircraft types are also provided.
